Maromatic Company, Inc. produces cylinder lock assembly machines for both pin cylinders (single or double sided) and wafer (disc tumbler) plugs (single or double-sided). Our machines feature manual or automatic loading of keys and cylinders (plugs) with the ability to load bottom, top, multi-level master pins, wafers, master wafers, retainers, and springs. Other machine options include multiple closing methods (pins, strip, snap cover, discs, and screws), varying testing stations (pin, wafer, and spring presence, and rotation), and alpha-numeric stamping variations (standard/reverse orientation and vertical/horizontal alignment). Unloading can be accomplished with bins, a carousel, or conveyor system.

Maromatic Company, Inc. produces key cutting (bitting) machines for both single and double-sided (assymmetrical and symmetrical) cutting with the ability to function with flat and molded head keys. Our machines can be programmed to cut standard, corrected, interpolated, and custom patterns. Loading of keys can be performed automatically with the use of single or multiple feeder bowls or via stack loading with single or multiple stacks. Our key ringing station can ring multiple keys and/or tags with multiple variations of wire and ring size. Alpha-numeric stamping is also available with single, double, or multi-row options, double-sided stamping, metal or plastic tag stamping, and bar code printing. Our machines are capable of unloading keys sequentially to rods, into bins, with a carousel, or converyor system.
